African Ensemble with Mamadou Diabaté (artist in residence)
Mondays, 5:30 PM

Tuition – $150, or WCCMA enrolled students of multiple children from one household $100

Learn from the internationally renowned balafon and percussion master Mamadou Diabate! No experience necessary, learn to play African instruments including the balafon, djembe, and other African percussion instruments.
Wind Band Ensemble
Fridays at 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM
November 7 – Dec 19 at Claremont Creative Center
Tuition – $150, or WCCMA enrolled students of multiple children from one household $100
Participants will be placed in groups based on instrumentation and experience. Bring your own: stand and instrument. Contact us for help with instrument purchase or rental.
Small Ensemble (brass and mixed – including woodwind and strings)
Fridays at 4:00 PM (other times may be available – contact us for options)
November 7 – Dec 19 at Claremont Creative Center
Tuition – $150, or WCCMA students of multiple children from one household $110

Open to all musical instruments. Participants will be placed in groups based on preferred instrument, ability level, and availability. For musicians of all levels.

Brass Ensemble — Rock Band —Community Singing
Individual Instruction
Private lessons – full semester – For those with a love of music who want individual instruction in their instrument. Private lessons are one-on-one instruction customized to the individual’s technical and ongoing goals. For students who are curious and/or passionate about music and want to nurture their talent and abilities! Private lessons incorporate all the building blocks of becoming a musician – whether just for fun or to pursue advanced study.
Instruments: Most instruments are available; some are online only instructors
Piano – Voice – Guitar – Violin – Brass – Woodwinds – Percussion
Singing Bowls (including basic vocal chanting if desired)
Your teacher can help you pick the best instrument to rent or purchase (instrument cost not included in tuition)
Ages: Ideal for ages 6 through Adult
When: Fall Semester is Sept to December, dates and times vary by teacher
Location: In-person and/or Online
Cost: $500 for 12 – 30min lessons; $900 for 12-60min lessons. (includes your basic materials for the lesson – extra music may be an additional fee)

Coaching on any instrument, theory, or composition Flexible sessions with no commitment. Bring questions or what you are working on for feedback and coaching. This is a great option for extra support of your self-guided music projects, extra school help, audition preparation, or performance coaching to bring your work to the next level. If you are looking for more regular lessons – sign up for a semester for a big discount (above).
Ages: 9 through Adult
When: dates and times vary; with this option, you choose from the instructor’s available schedule. If you want a regular weekly session, check out the semester option above.
Location: In person or Online
Cost: $50/ 30-min lesson; $90/ 60-min lesson; Buy a lesson pack: 5 lessons for $250/ 30 min: $425 for 60 min. Scholarships are available.
Note: There are no refunds on lesson packs if not used, but credit can be used for other WCCMA programs or donated to our student scholarship program.
